After sponsoring the festival and paying promotion, not including online marketing we where told that the doors where locked and that they where to capacity! Even though we had paid for tickets we where still not allowed entrance. We find it shocking that an event can be run in this fasion and I am awaiting a full refund. My team and I waited for over 40 minutes in the cold to get in on Firday night with our "Sponsor" tickets in hand and no beer!
