It amazes be to see that Chorley car parks are full every week, this is great as it means people are spending in our great town but to what expense? The current fine for going 1 minute over your allowed time is around £30!
I personally have no idea how long I want to go shopping for and the knowledge that I have this ticking time bomb in the car really puts be off! I find myself not enjoying my shopping spree and constantly looking at my watch!
