Chorley Swimming Drained

Due to the latest government cut backs it looks like Chorley’s Leisure Centre is forced to cut its successful free swimming sessions. The free sessions have been taken up by young people and the over 50s however government officials’ have stated that the individuals where already participating in swimming in Chorley and now they have to pay.
I find it staggering how the details have been changed, when the swimming schema was in its peak it was sounded as a success, however now cut backs are being enforce the schema is only attracting people who used the service.

Being involved in finance for over 10 years I fully understand the impact the credit crunch will/has had on the UK however an unhealthy nation is a poor nation.
