With over 200 people compeating for a space of as little as 120 Chorley Train station car park is an early morning battle. passenger are keen to use the free carpark and in desperate attempts actually make the parking spot themselves. By mounting the kerbs, double parking and blocking others in a pasenger can save their money and possibly a massive 100 yard walk!! The do get tired in a morning.

I understand that parking is always an issue and living on the other end of Chorley can be hard to find spaces however I think it might be time for a permit to be issued to passenger based on special conditions. For example child requirements, number of times traveling and time traveling. It's the only way to end the madness.
